The ship:
This sturdy and fast one-masted clipper from 1899 has its home port in the centrally located and atmospheric Muiden.
Her interior has been renovated and styled by the interior architects of Design village Co van der Horst. The steel trusses of the ship are visible, which enhances the nautical character, and generous benches are located on both sides of the hold.
Moodlights provide the desired atmosphere for every occasion. In addition to a brand new sound system, all high-tech meeting facilities are available. The former skipper’s residence is furnished in traditional style and offers a beautiful view over the water. Also on deck you will find comfortable seating in the spacious cockpit and soft hatch covers with integrated cushions.
The ship is also equipped with the most modern rigging and won several prizes in various races. Real sailing enthusiasts will also get their money’s worth on the Hoge Wier!

You can sail for a whole day (standard rental from 4 hours), but sailing for an evening, an afternoon or a weekend is also possible. We take you out on the water and sail with you and your guests along the most beautiful spots on the IJsselmeer, Markermeer and Buiten IJ.

Muiden is the ideal departure port for a day on the water. Centrally located in the country and with nice sights that can be sailed in a day: Amsterdam, Pampus, Volendam, Marken and Durgerdam. The landscape on the horizon is varied with the urban skyline of Amsterdam, the beautiful houses of Durgerdam, the polders of Almere and the Paard van Marken in sight. Because the demand for sailing days in Muiden is traditionally high, a number of adjustments have been made to our ship: all cabins and beds have been removed and the salon below deck is fully equipped for sailing 1-day sailing trips. With a large bar, ample seating and professional catering.
